Ask the Experts

Scott Hill
Nickname: Juggernaut
Age: 33

BIO:

Scott has a background originally as an Elite squash player (The Dre can still recall Scott walking into the gym he owned 'Naturally Active' having never lifted a weight before) - how things have changed since then!

He made the switch to competitive bodyubuilding in 1999 and won his first competition in May of that year - The Sydney Titles!

He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy with class 1 honours, graduating in 2000.

He has been a top 3 National Level Natural Bodybuilder for the past 4 years and has also had phenomenal success as a Powerlifter. He is an Australian record holder for all raw lifts;

Squat: 247.5kg
Bench: 175kg
Deadlift: 265kg

All at a bodyweight of 93kg (204lb)

Put simply... Scott is strong and unbreakable - hence the nickname 'Juggernaut'

Scott has also trained numerous natural lifters from regional to world class level.

Scott brings practical experience from years of lifting across different disciplines, both hypertrophy and strength/power training. Combined with his understanding of the human body, injury prevention and rehabilitation we are very fortunate to have him as part of the Experts panel.
