I’ve always lived a fairly healthy and active lifestyle, however it was never that important to me until I started to gain knowledge of the real reasons behind keeping fit.
I started weight training seriously about 2 years ago when my step father was diagnosed with a rare respiratory disease. Together we incorporated weight training and light cardio into our daily routines as the benefits would reduce the symptoms of his condition.
As my body started to change I grew hungry for more knowledge on how to challenge my body and how I could push it further than it had ever gone before... so I completed my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness.
People recognised my body transforming and it was recommended that I should compete in body building comps and show off my hard work. When I won my first competition I became hooked and fell in love with competing. I’ve never looked back.
I am continually striving to improve my physique, pushing my body to its limits and along the way trying to inspire and help educate as many people as I can about the benefits of keeping fit and healthy! Not to mention the greater discipline that you learn from training and that you can apply to any of life's challenges.

• 2010 ANB National Finals Sports Model 3rd Place
• 2011 Ralph Swimsuit Model of the year heat 3 Best body swimsuit
• 2011 Ralph Swimsuit Model of the year Finalist / Miss Fitness award
• 2011 INBA Dubbo Sports Model 1st Place
• 2011 INBA Brisbane Sports Model 2nd place
• 2011 ANB Asia pacific Sports model 5th place
• 2011 ANB Asia Pacific Fitness model 5th place
• Soon to commence a degree in Human nutrition and food science.
